GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR COACHES TO OBTAIN THEIR CIDP LEVEL 2 CERTIFICATION!

MAY 17 – USA Taekwondo is pleased to announce that it will be offering a Level 2 Seminar of the Coach Identification and Development Program (CIDP) this summer!  The CIDP Level 2 Seminar is the highest level of coaching certification currently available through the National Governing Body for the sport of Taekwondo.  The seminar is scheduled to take place at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colo., from August 12 – 15, 2010.

The Level 2 – Developing Taekwondo Athletes and Coaches Seminar is the program where coaches start to separate themselves from the rest of the crowd. This comprehensive seminar takes an in-depth look into the technical and skill development of Taekwondo athletes.  It provides coaches with information that will develop and strengthen the skills needed to guide their athletes toward performance excellence in competition!  The program continues to build upon the competency-based approach by providing opportunities for coaches to apply the theories into practice at the seminar.

To ensure that all coaches who participate have a quality experience, the seminar is limited to 25 coaches. Additional information and an application form can be downloaded by clicking HERE.  Applications will be processed in the order in which they are received until all spots are filled.  This will be the only Level 2 seminar that will be offered this year, therefore, do not delay in submitting your application!  Be one of the select few coaches in the country to receive this first-class training and education!
