National Team Selection Camp Waiver Deadline is Nov. 6

Notice to all 2010 National Team Selection Camp Participants: 

October 1, 2009 

We have received many questions regarding the 2010 National Team Selection Camp. This notice is to help provide our membership with the most up to date information regarding the selection camp. 

All athletes who placed in the top four at the 2009 Senior Nationals World Class Division, all those qualifying for performance waivers and prospect waivers are eligible for Phase 3 - 2010 National Team Selection Camp. 

We received confirmation today from the United States Olympic Committee that the Selection Camp has been approved for the dates of January 10 - 14, 2010.  The camp will take place at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.  Housing will be available for all eligible athletes. More details regarding housing will be available in the registration packet. 

Registration information for the 2010 National Team Selection Camp will be made available on our website in the coming weeks. 

As stated in the 2010 National Team Selection Procedures, a maximum of four (4) Prospect Waivers, per gender, into Phase 3 - 2010 National Team Selection Camp may be awarded per the USAT National Team Coaching Staff discretion to athletes who do not otherwise qualify. 

The application to apply for the Prospect Waivers is attached below. The deadline for submitting this application is November 6, 2009.
