Long Nguyen (Q&A - January 2012)

Long Nguyen, 22, is a member of the 2011 U.S. National Poomsae Team along with his brothers Tuong Anh Nguyen and Tuong-Huy Viet Nguyen. Together they formed the Team-M demonstration team in 2004 and practice performances in their garage and backyard in San Jose, Calif.

Merissa Pico, 17, is a three-time member of the USAT Junior National Team and is coming off a gold-medal performance at the Junior Pan Am Championships in Las Vegas in October. She also has a bronze medal from the 2008 World Junior Championships in her trophy case. Merissa trains under Master Alvin Bernard at Team USA Taekwondo in Fort Lee, N.J.
